 The Actors Touring Company are putting on a production of Aeschylus’s The Suppliant Women at The Royal Exchange Theatre Manchester from 10/3/2017 till 1/4/2017.  Roman helmet, gold plated, with gems, pearls and glass pasta ornaments from Berkasovo, northern Serbia, 4th century AD. This piece is considered as one of the most beautiful Roman helmets ever found. It probably belonged to a cavalry officer of emperor Licinius, who was defeated in Battle of Cibalae, against emperor Constantine I 314 or 316 AD.
